As the Covid-19 pandemic continues, all individuals and businesses must take the necessary steps to protect themselves and each other from the spread of the virus.
We are offering COVID-19 testing at your preferred location for ease and comfort. During the testing process, our skilled nurses will perform the testing at home or at your offices following strict precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all the individuals involved.
How does it work?
Ensure you are available at the agreed time and location
Ensure that your hands are washed thoroughly and there is somewhere that you can sit comfortably while the sample is being collected

You can relax. Our nurse will guide you through the quick and easy nasal sample collection

- All materials and items needed to perform the test
- Sample collection is done by a qualified nurse
- Delivery of samples to the laboratory
- Individual report for each patien
48 hours after the test you will receive your results via email
If you have tested positive for Covid-19, you will receive a call from our doctor to discuss the safest way to self-isolate at home and manage your symptoms
- You can reduce your chances of being infected or spreading COVID-19 by taking some simple precautions:
- Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. Why? Washing your hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on your hands.
- Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and others. Why? When someone coughs, sneezes, or speaks they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain viruses. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person has the disease.
- Avoid going to crowded places. Why? Where people come together in crowds, you are more likely to come into close contact with someone that has COIVD-19 and it is more difficult to maintain a physical distance of 1 metre (3 feet).
- Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth. Why? Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose, or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and infect you.
- Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately and wash your hands. Why? Droplets spread viruses. By following good respiratory hygiene, you protect the people around you from viruses such as cold, flu, and COVID-19.
- Stay home and self-isolate even with minor symptoms such as cough, headache, mild fever, until you recover. Have someone bring you supplies. If you need to leave your house, wear a mask to avoid infecting others. Why? Avoiding contact with others will protect them from possible COVID-19 and other viruses.
- If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention, but call by telephone in advance if possible and follow the directions of your local health authority. Why? National and local authorities will have the most up to date information on the situation in your area. Calling in advance will allow your health care provider to quickly direct you to the right health facility. This will also protect you and help prevent the spread of viruses and other infections.
- Keep up to date on the latest information from trusted sources, such as WHO or your local and national health authorities. Why? Local and national authorities are best placed to advise on what people in your area should be doing to protect themselves.
Although our teams follow our strict infection control policy, accredited and approved by The Joint Commission International, we are implementing additional policies to ensure we continue putting safety as our number one priority and reducing our health care professionals’ chances of contact with the virus;
- Any employees displaying any signs of cough, cold, upper-respiratory-illness symptoms are seen a GP and screened for the virus
- Daily temperature checks are completed by all employees and reported for monitoring and record-keeping
- All internal meetings and training are held remotely via digital software
- No visitors in office premises or employee accommodation
- Employees are to avoid crowded places and stay at home when not on duty
- Travel outside the country is not advised, should this be unavoidable, employees are quarantined for 14 days (virus incubation period) after their return.
- Infection control measures:
- Clinical hand washing techniques are used at regular intervals
- Common surfaces are sanitized twice daily – vehicles, phones, laptops and iPads, patients’ rooms and equipment
- Clean nursing scrubs are only to be worn once the nurse or nursing assistant is within the patient/client’s home and to be changed for each patient/client
- Our team will require an area of privacy at the location of care we would like to thank you in advance for your support with this
- All worn nursing scrubs are washed daily on a 60-degree wash with sanitizing detergent
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn at all times
